Lies We Believe

And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, [which come] of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight. (Numbers 13:33)

In this seminar we focus on how lies affect your life and relationships. If you believe a lie, it may as well be the truth because the consequences will be much the same. We will learn how we become infested with lies. We will study the 8 categories of lies, their characteristics and how to renounce them and start to walk in freedom!

Developing Healthy Boundaries

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress it and keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.  (Genesis 2:15-17)

In this seminar you will learn the significance of boundaries and how to identify them, setting boundaries in different relationships in your life (marriage, family, friends, etc.) and how to find freedom by using boundaries.

Principles for Renewing the Mind

Finally brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure... think on these things. Those things which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. (Philippians 4:8-9)

In this seminar you will learn how distorted thinking creates irrational or ungodly beliefs and how distorted thinking and defense mechanisms create self-defeating behaviors. By understanding our role of self-talk and utilizing the ABC's of self-talk, we will be able to renew our minds.

Stop Walking on Eggshells

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive: But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ. (Ephesians 4: 14-15)

In this seminar we focus on the key characteristics of a controller, the two-root causes people control, and how their behavior affects us. Through an assessment quiz, we will discover how much of ourselves we have lost to a controller and understand that we are responsible to others and not for others. Also, we will learn how to assess a problem to discover ownership and how to take our lives back from the controller.
